COL: Empleo, una prioridad para Tere Jiménez

El empleo es uno de los factores que más influyen en la calidad de vida de las personas. Tener un trabajo formal, digno y bien remunerado es una aspiración legítima y un derecho humano. Sin embargo, en un contexto de crisis económica y social, encontrar un empleo se vuelve cada vez más difícil y desafiante.

Por eso me parece una acción loable y oportuna la que ha realizado la gobernadora de Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, al acercar oportunidades laborales a las colonias y municipios del estado, a través de las Brigadas de Empleo en tu Colonia y Municipio.

Tere Jiménez ha demostrado su interés y su compromiso con la población que está en búsqueda de un trabajo formal, al facilitarles el contacto con empresas de diferentes ramos productivos que ofertan más de 470 vacantes.

Con esta iniciativa, no solo se beneficia a las personas que buscan una fuente de ingresos, sino también a las empresas que requieren personal calificado y motivado. Se trata de una estrategia que favorece el desarrollo económico y social del estado, al generar empleo y riqueza.

Creo que este tipo de acciones son las que hacen falta para impulsar el crecimiento y la competitividad de Aguascalientes, al aprovechar el potencial y el talento de su gente. No se trata solo de ofrecer programas asistenciales o subsidios temporales, sino de brindar oportunidades reales y sostenibles para que las personas puedan mejorar sus condiciones de vida.

Por eso felicito a la gobernadora Tere Jiménez y a todas las dependencias e instituciones que han colaborado en estas brigadas. Ojalá que esta sea una política permanente y que cada vez más personas puedan acceder a un empleo formal en Aguascalientes.

Employment, a priority for Tere Jiménez

Employment is one of the factors that most influence the quality of life of people. Having a formal, dignified and well-paid job is a legitimate aspiration and a human right. However, in a context of economic and social crisis, finding a job becomes increasingly difficult and challenging.

That is why I think it is a commendable and timely action that has been carried out by the governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, by bringing employment opportunities to the neighborhoods and municipalities of the state, through the Employment Brigades in your Neighborhood and Municipality.

Tere Jiménez has shown her interest and commitment to the population that is looking for a formal job, by facilitating contact with companies from different productive sectors that offer more than 470 vacancies.

With this initiative, not only those who are looking for a source of income are benefited, but also the companies that require qualified and motivated personnel. It is a strategy that favors the economic and social development of the state, by generating employment and wealth.

I think these types of actions are needed to boost the growth and competitiveness of Aguascalientes, by taking advantage of the potential and talent of its people. It is not only about offering assistance programs or temporary subsidies, but about providing real and sustainable opportunities for people to improve their living conditions.

That is why I congratulate Governor Tere Jiménez and all the dependencies and institutions that have collaborated in these brigades. Hopefully this will be a permanent policy and that more and more people can access a formal job in Aguascalientes.
