COL:TERE JIMÉNEZ IMPULSA UN CAMPO MÁS PRÓSPERO CON CULTIVOS DE MAYOR RENTABILIDAD

Al anunciar la Convocatoria de los Programas de Apoyo a la Reconversión Productiva en Áreas de Riego y de Temporal, la gobernadora de Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, dijo que hacer que el campo de Aguascalientes sea más próspero, productivo y sostenible, requiere de cambios que aseguren un mejor aprovechamiento de las características climatológicas de cada región y así contribuyan a la cadena productiva.

Al respecto, Tere Jiménez dijo que a través de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Rural y Agroempresarial (Sedrae), se encuentran a disposición de los agricultores 18 cultivos de reconversión productiva que ofrecen una mejor rentabilidad, mayor demanda comercial y que además propician el uso eficiente y racional del agua.

El titular de Sedrae, Isidoro Armendáriz, señaló que el objetivo es que los productores agrícolas del estado incorporen una parte de sus tierras a cultivos con una mayor y mejor producción, mismos que han sido validados y autorizados por el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales, Agrícolas y Pecuarias (INIFAP).

El funcionario estatal explicó que los apoyos son para la adquisición de la planta y material vegetativo. Además, dijo que los montos y superficies varían según el cultivo que seleccionen los beneficiarios, por lo que invitó a los interesados en participar a que consulten los requisitos de las convocatorias publicadas en la plataforma digital www.agsdigital.com.mx

Detalló que en el caso de áreas de riego se tienen los cultivos de aguacate, ciruelo, durazno, espárrago, fresa, granado, higo, limón, nogal, nopal verdura, olivo, vid de mesa, vid para vino y vid importada para vino; mientras que en zonas de temporal están a disposición los cultivos de maguey hijuelo, nopal forrajero, girasol y pasto.

When announcing the Call for the Productive Conversion Support Programs in Irrigation and Rainfed Areas, the governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, said that making the countryside of Aguascalientes more prosperous, productive and sustainable, requires changes that ensure a better use of the climatological characteristics of each region and thus contribute to the production chain.

In this regard, Tere Jiménez said that through the Secretariat of Rural Development and Agribusiness (Sedrae), 18 productive conversion crops are available to farmers that offer better profitability, higher commercial demand and that also encourage the efficient and rational use of water.

The head of Sedrae, Isidoro Armendáriz, pointed out that the objective is for agricultural producers in the state to incorporate part of their lands into crops with higher and better production, which have been validated and authorized by the National Institute of Forestry, Agricultural and Livestock Research (INIFAP).

The state official explained that the supports are for the acquisition of the plant and vegetative material. In addition, he said that the amounts and surfaces vary according to the crop selected by the beneficiaries, so he invited those interested in participating to consult the requirements of the calls published on the digital platform www.agsdigital.com.mx

He detailed that in the case of irrigation areas there are avocado, plum, peach, asparagus, strawberry, pomegranate, fig, lemon, walnut, nopal vegetable, olive, table grape, wine grape and imported wine grape crops; while in rainfed areas there are maguey hijuelo, forage nopal, sunflower and grass crops available.
